Patty Baker – Office Manager
Patty Baker is the office manager at Waterford Family Dental Care and has been since September 2008. Fun fact about Patty, she was on the first women’s hockey team for Waterford in 1973 called the Laketts. When she is not working, you can find her playing pickleball, fishing, or getting back into snowmobiling during the winter. She also enjoys spending time with her family which includes six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Growing up, Patti spent a lot of time on a lake which inspired her to start planning her trip to Alaska in 2020.
Jennifer McKee – Administrative Dental and Hygiene Assistant
Jennifer Mckee is an administrative dental and hygiene assistant and joined the Waterford Family Dental Care in September 2015. She enjoys helping people and being there for them if they are feeling anxious. Jennifer believes patients should follow through with treatment and be sure to keep up on daily oral hygiene. She loves the outdoors and keeps going on random adventures. Jennifer loves the thrill of trying and attempting new things. You can catch a smile on Jennifer’s face at Waterford Family Dental Care.
Rachel Stephens – Administrative Dental and Hygiene Assistant
Rachel Stephens is an administrative dental and hygiene assistant who loves helping out the dental office any and every way she can. She loves being busy and learning about all things in the dentistry field. She proudly educates patients on the importance of taking care of their smiles. During her free time, Rachel loves hanging out with her family and her son who keeps her smiling and laughing. If she could travel anywhere in the world it would be Hawaii.
Nicole Chrisopoulos – Administrative Assistant
Nicole Chrisopoulos is an administrative assistant who has been happily part of the family at Waterford Family Dental Care since September 2014. In her early days, she was introduced to a dental office prior to Dr. Shlom’s to help out a friend and loved it. She has been practicing ever since and loves taking care of patients. In her free time, she loves shopping and sharing laughs with her boys and nephews. Her dream destination would be visiting Greece to learn about her husband’s heritage.
Lori Bailey – Dental Hygienist
Lori Bailey is a dental hygienist with thirty-one years of experience at Waterford Family Dental Care. She loves working side by side with her team to make patients feel great about their smile. Lori loves educating patients about the long-term effects of flossing and how essential it is to your oral health. Through her dental background, she has learned through science and education that flossing can extend a patients life by seven to ten years. She’s an advocate on flossing and avoiding eating food with high amounts of sugar. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and looks forward to welcoming her new granddaughter in April 2019.
Sarah Langefeld – Dental Hygienist (Photo Coming Soon!)
Sarah Langefeld is a dental hygienist at Waterford Family Dental Care since April 2016. She started off being a patient her entire life and enjoyed getting her teeth examined and clean by the leading expert dental team. Ever since she started working there, she has enjoyed helping patients. This job has allowed her to live with a flexible schedule and spending all her free time with her daughter and cooking. If she could travel anywhere in the world it would be visiting Kenya on a safari trip.
Lori Hooper – Dental Hygienist (Photo Coming Soon!)
Lori Hooper is a dental hygienist who has been a part of the Waterford Family Dental Care team for twenty-two years. With the many years of experience at Waterford Family Dental Care, she cherishes her laughs with her co-workers. Her mission is to help patients see improvements in their smiles. Lori is an advocate of brushing twice a day and flossing to help maintain the radiance of the smile. In her free time, she loves gardening and working on home maintenance. You can also catch Lori attending concerts in her spare time. Her dream destination that she would love to visit in the future is Australia.
Ashley Lipford – Dental Hygienist (Photo Coming Soon!)
Ashley Lipford is a dental dental hygienist who joined Dr. Shlom’s dental team in August 2018. Her mission is to serve the community of Waterford and believes everyone deserves a healthy beautiful smile. She reminds all patients of Waterford Family Dental Care to always floss. Ashley considers herself as a bookworm because she loves reading. In her free time, she loves creating special memories with her daughter. If she could travel anywhere in the world she would be take a trip to Ireland.
Patti Tossey – Dental Assistant (Photo Coming Soon!)
Patti Tossey is a dental assistant with forty-three years of experience with Dr. Shlom’s dental team. Her favorite part about the job is meeting people and patients. If she wasn’t a dental assistant, you would catch Patti as a Bluegrass musician. In her free time, should loves studying, fairy gardens, herbal medicine, and cooking her favorite dishes. Pattie also enjoys hanging out with her grandchildren and Mr. Bean. In the future, she hopes to visit Israel.
Amelia Ontiveros – Dental Assistant
Amelia Ontiveros joined the Waterford Family Dental Care in June of 2018. She is a dental assistant who loves working chair-side with our doctor and enjoys helping others. She believes patients should care for their teeth as if they were diamonds. She loves meeting new and friendly people in the community. Amelia is currently enrolled in school, has played the violin for three years, and did pottery for eight years. When she is not working, she enjoys working out and staying active with her German shepherd dog, Dixie. On her bucket list, she hopes to visit Canada soon.
Ariana Montanez – Dental Assistant
Ariana Montanez is a dental assistant who joined the dental team in March 2018. Her favorite part of being a dental assistant is working with Dr. Parekh. Before making the transition to a dental assistant, she used to be a flight attendant. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and going to the gym. She recommends that patients should always take care of their teeth. If she could travel anywhere in the world it would be Greece and Asia.
Becky Casillas – Dental Assistant (Photo Coming Soon!)
Becky Casillas is a dental assistant who has been a part of the dental team since November 2011. She loves helping people which is why she chose to be a dental assistant. Becky ensures that patients visit every six months for their check-up and likes making visiting the dentist a routine in order to have a long-lasting and beautiful smile. She enjoys spending time with her family during her free time. Becky can count on her family to make her laugh. If she could travel anywhere in the world it would be Bora Bora and Tahiti.
